The Ohio Committee of the ESGR performs a variety of actions and activities in support of the goals and objectives of the national ESGR programs. These products and services are delivered across Ohio by volunteers to the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). This site is intended to provide critical information to those volunteers to enhance their abilities to support those special military members, their families, and their employers. These services are delivered through an organizational structure that seeks to provide adequate management, direction, and resourcing to empower and engage the volunteer team of the ESGR.
